Earnest Braddy


ALBANY — Pastor Earnest Braddy, 75, of South Carroll Street died Saturday, 
October 5, 2002, at his residence.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at House of God Saints in Christ in 
Albany with interment in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery. Bishop A.F. Caldwell 
is the pastor and Bishop William Hollis will officiate.

Pastor Braddy was a native of Daytona Beach, Fla. He was the pastor of Faith 
Deliverance Church in Albany and was a member of Miracle Temple Church in 
Brooklyn, N.Y. He attended Montgomery County public schools in Uvalda.

Survivors include his wife, Alice Troupe-Braddy of Albany; two daughters, 
Sandra McClain of Atlanta and Nakeir Nobles of Jacksonville, Fla.; three 
sisters, Sarah Jones of Miami, Fla., Grace Turner of Vidalia and Mary H. Camon 
of Vidalia; one brother, Nathaniel Braddy of Uvalda; six grandchildren and six 
great-grandchildren.

The remains of Pastor Braddy will lie-in-state at the church Wednesday from 
noon until the funeral hour.
