Maggie Louise Cheshire 

ALBANY — The graveside funeral service of Maggie Louise Cheshire, 91, of 
Leesburg, who died July 25, 2007 at Lee County Health Care, will be conducted 
Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery, Shellman, GA. Rev. 
Bobby Moye will officiate. 

A native of Clay County, AL, Miss Maggie had lived in Albany since 1972, before 
moving to Leesburg eight years ago. She was a homemaker and was a member of 
Sunnyside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben 
Cheshire, Sr., and three sons, T.J. Cheshire, Robert Cheshire and Eugene 
Cheshire. 

Survivors include four sons, Ben Cheshire, Jr. and his wife, Barbara and Billy 
Cheshire all of Lee County, GA, James Cheshire and his wife, Joan of Leary, GA, 
and Ellis Cheshire and his wife, Carolyn of Monticello, FL, a daughter, Carolyn 
Jones and her husband, Mitchell of Tallahassee, FL, three sisters, Irene Boyd 
of Winter Haven, FL, Rosa Bell Avery of Columbus, GA and Alice Davis of 
Baconton, GA., seventeen grandchildren, Buddy, Lisa, Linda, Charles, Herman, 
Michelle, Robin, Annette, Everett, Sherita, David, Lee, Stacey, Niki, Jennifer, 
Sharon and Gayle, a host of great- grandchildren and great-great- 
grandchildren. 

The family will be at the residence of Ben and Barbara Cheshire,  Miller Road, 
Leesburg, GA, 31763.
