Mattie C. Everett Cobb

ALBANY — Mattie C. Everett Cobb, 73, of Hemlock Drive died Sunday, October 13, 
2002, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at First Kiokee Baptist Church 
in Terrell County with burial in Riverside Cemetery. The Rev. Solomon Loud Jr. 
will officiate.

A native of Baker County, Mrs. Cobb was a member of Green Grove C.M.E. Church.

Survivors include four daughters, Janie (Alonza) Loud of Sasser, Betty Cobb, 
Virginia Cobb and Alice Faye Cobb, all of Albany; three sons, Willie Peterson 
and Homer Cobb Jr., both of Albany and James Cobb of Leesburg; 15 grandchildren 
and nine great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 6 p.m. until 7 
p.m.
