Lewis Charles Curry Jr.


SYLVESTER — Lewis Charles Curry Jr., 36, of N. Henderson Street, Sylvester, 
died Friday, October 25, 2002, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Greater New Birth Baptist Church 
with interment in Shepard Memorial Garden. The Rev. Jack Johnson, pastor, will 
officiate.

A native of Worth County, Mr. Curry was born January 24, 1966. He was a mobile 
home assembler for Craftmade Homes in Sylvester and was educated in the Worth 
County public school system.

Survivors include a son, Lewis Charles Curry III of Albany; four sisters, 
Ruthie Smith of Fitzgerald, Joyce Baker of Delran, NJ, Annie Lou Curry and Ann 
Curry, both of Sylvester; a brother, Willie Curry of Sylvester; mother, 
Elizabeth Curry of Sylvester; and a special friend, Sally Davis of Sylvester.
