The funeral service will be held at Harvey Funeral Home Chapel Saturday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Bert Tapley officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Day was a native of Shellman, GA, born February 25, 1919, daughter of the late Joseph Luide Kersey and Mary Frances Parham Kersey. She was a homemaker and a member of Bronwood Baptist Church. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Maryville, Tenn. Survivors include her husband, William T. "Bill" Day of Brandon, Fla.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Patsy and Ray Conrad of Plant City, Fla., Mary Lynn and Paul Warner of Chatham, Ill.; a sister, Virginia Rainey and her husband, Douglas of Lakeland, Fla.; four grandchildren, Patty Jo Conrad-Stewart, Dustin Warner, T.J. Warner and Jessie Warner; one great-grandchild, Alexander Stewart. Visitation will be 6 p.m.-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
