The funeral service will be Tuesday 2 p.m. at Kimbrell-Stern. The Rev. Frank Hughes officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Dawson. A native of Colquitt County, GA, Mrs. Duke has lived in Fort Gaines for 10 years, and was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Mike Givens of Fort Gaines; two daughters, Pam Taylor, her husband, Cleve and Shelia Wells, all of Leesburg; one son, Tony Duke of Albany; five grandchildren, Cayla, Candice, Daniel and Baby Boy Wells, Tiffany and Tyler Taylor; her mother, Wada Juanita Boyd of Newton; five sisters, Patsy McLeod and Marlene Smith, both of Newton, Onita Wilkerson and Darlene Eppley, both of Albany and Debra Bailey of Moultrie; three brothers, Jimmy and Larry Boyd of Moultrie and Clay Meeks of Dexter. Mrs. Duke was preceded in death by her father, James Boyd Sr. of Moultrie. The family will receive friends today (Monday) from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home, and will be at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Freddie Wilkerson, 414 Branch Road, Albany, GA 31705.
