Date of Death: August 18, 2007

Ashley Brooke Elton, 20, of Pinewood Drive, Leesburg, died August 18, 2007 
along with the love of her life, Casey Head, from injuries sustained in a house 
fire.  Her funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at Mathews 
Funeral Home.  Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate.  A private interment will follow 
in Leesburg Cemetery.

A native of Albany, Ashley and her family moved to Lee County ten years ago.  
Ashley was a 2005 honor graduate of Lee County High School and was presently 
attending Darton College where she was majoring in Respiratory Therapy.  She 
loved life, her family and friends.

Survivors include her parents, Marty and Donna Elton of Leesburg, a sister, 
Aryn Elton of Leesburg, paternal grandparents, Kelly and Saralyn Elton and 
maternal grandfather, Bill Young all of Albany, aunts and uncles, Patricia 
Young of Albany, Chris and Maria Young of Leary, Steven and Tina Elton of 
Gardendale, AL and Bill and Becky Butler of Atlanta and numerous cousins.  She 
was preceded in death by her grandmother, Marjorie Young and her uncle, Nicky 
Young.

The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 P.M. until 8:30 P.M. at 
Mathews Funeral Home.
