Ola B. Etheredge

SYLVESTER — Ola B. Etheredge, 66, of Albany died Tuesday, January 7, 2003, at 
Palmyra Medical Centers.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Banks Funeral Chapel with interment 
in Evergreen Cemetery. The Rev. M.C. Powell will officiate.

Mrs. Etheredge was born November 16, 1936, in Dooly County. She had lived in 
Albany since 1980. She was a homemaker and a member of Evergreen Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Randy Etheredge of Florence, S.C., and Billy 
Etheredge of Moultrie; four sisters, Marie Whittington of Sylvester, Jewellean 
Powell of Sylvester, Maggie Carlton of Albany and Margie Sirmans of Moultrie; 
one brother, George Brown of Moultrie; two grandchildren, Randy Etheredge Jr. 
and Jessica Etheredge.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond S. Etheredge on June 25, 
1976, and parents, William Thomas Brown and Emma Lee Register Etheredge.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
