B. Timmons, 66, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. S. H. Holton, of 1217 North Washington Street. She had been ill two months. A resident of Albany since 1920, Mrs Timmons was a member of the Byne Memorial baptist Church and took an active interest in all church activities. Her many friends here and elsewhere are saddened by her death. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. S. H. Holton and Mrs. A. R. Brown of Albany; two grand daughters, Mrs. Arthur L. Owens, of Fort Valley and Miss Frances Rowell of Albany, one grandson, S. H. Holton Jr, of Albany; one Great grandchild, Gene Owens of Fort Valley; two sisters, Mrs. M. W. Collins, of Arlington, and Mrs. G. W. Garrison of Fort Gaines. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 in the Byne Memorial Baptist Church. The Rev. G. A. Cooper, pastor will conduct the service. The following will serve as active pallbearers: Messrs, W. O. Pearson, R. W. Gee, T. M. Mitchell, Paul Arthur, H. C. Harrell and T. P. Body. Honorary pallbearers will be: Messrs, W. J. Collins, M. W. Tift, E. H. Kalmon, E. L. Smith, Louis Hofmayer and C. M. Shackleford. The Albany Undertaking Company is in charge.
