J.D. Felder

UNADILLA — Funeral services for J.D. "Jake" Felder of Pinehurst will be held 
Saturday at 2 p.m. in Friendship Baptist Church in Henderson. Burial in the 
church cemetery.

Mr. Felder died Thursday, January 9, 2003, in an Albany hospital. He was the 
son of the late J.D. and Carrie Rumph Felder, born in Houston County, a member 
of Friendship Baptist Church of Henderson and he worked as a farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Ruthie M. Felder of Pinehurst; two sons, John D. 
Felder Jr. and Timothy Felder of Tampa, Fla.; a stepson, Bobby L. Hightower of 
Unadilla; four sisters, Patricia Felder of Henderson, Tina Riley of 
Jacksonville, Fla., Nettie Ruth Parker of Morrow and Vera (George) West of 
Elko; a host of grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law; one aunt.

The family may be contacted at Railroad Street, Pinehurst.
