Charles Fernando

  ALBANY — Charles Fernando,73,  of  Albany,  died  Friday,
 December 30, 2005 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

 His  funeral  mass  will. be Tuesday 11 a.m. St. Teresa's
 Catholic Church, with interment to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
 The Rev. Finbarr Stanton will officiate.

 Mr.  Fernando was  born  in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and came to Albany, on June   
26, 2005. He was a member of St. Teresa's Catholic Church.

Family members left to cherish his  memory include  his wife, Vivian Fernando 
of Albany; two daughters, Christine Posarich and her husband John of Lee 
County, and Yvette Jones and her husband Bruce of Albany; two sons, Clive 
Fernando and his wife   Sharon,   and   Vorden Fernando and his wife Shalini, 
all of Sri Lanka; and two grandchildren, Danielle Jones of Albany, and Chris 
Fernando of Sri Lanka.

A prayer service will be recited at Kimbrell-Stern today (Monday) at 7 p.m.
