Willie C. Flood

ALBANY — Willie C. Flood, 65, of Albany, New York, died Friday, January 31, 
2003, in Albany, New York.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jordan Grove Baptist Church in 
Leesburg with interment in Jordan Grove Baptist Church cemetery. The Rev. Dr. 
R.O. Calhoun will officiate.

Born March 16, 1937, in Albany, GA, Mr. Flood was a graduate of Monroe High 
School and a member of Jordan Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include five daughters, Tonya Flood and Sheba Flood, both of Albany, 
New York, Furnesse Flood of New Orleans, Louisiana, Tia Brembms of Hudson, New 
York, Sheba Richards of Fhenetady, New York; one son, preceded him in death, 
Burtis Flood; his mother, Freddie Mae Taylor-Flood of Albany; two brothers, 
Alonza Flood of Cordele and Lavon Flood of Unadilla; six sisters, Rosa Mae 
Malone, Virdell Wilson, Annie Mae Cain, Dorothy Jean Fields, Carolyn Green and 
Evelyn Flood, all of Albany; and eight grandchildren.
