Funeral services will be held today (Sunday), at 3:30 p.m. at Cairo Presbyterian Church, with burial following in Cairo Cemetery. The Rev. Jim Spencer will officiate. Pallbearers are Arthur Clark, Richard Hartsfield, George Gowan, John Champion, Allen Hartsfield and Bill Champion. Born November 24, 1916, Cairo, Mrs. Fouche was the daughter of the late John Arthur and Mattie Coleman Harrell. She was the widower of Julian W. Fouche, who preceded her in death June 1, 1991. She lived in Albany for many years. She was bookkeeper at Vereen Memorial Hospital, Moultrie and after retirement there, worked as a bookkeeper for Fritex Mfg. Company, Albany. She was a member of Cairo Presbyterian Church, a member of Garden Club and Woman's Club. Survivors include her sisters, Margaret Gowan of Montgomery, AL, Pauline Hewlett of Thomasville, Martha John Hartsfield, Lois Clark and Sue Collins, all of Cairo; and a nephew, Arthur Clark of Leesburg. Preceded in death: husband, parents, sister, Sara Champion, and a cousin, Mary Lou Crawford. Visitation will be held today (Sunday) from 2 p.m.-3 p.m. at the church where the funeral service will be held. Memorials may be made to the Cairo Presbyterian Church, 100 4th Ave., S.E., Cairo, GA 39828.
