Bronye Cotton Giddens

ALBANY — The funeral services of Bronye Cotton Giddens, 84, of  Oak Grove 
Church Road, Carrollton, GA, formerly of Albany who died Saturday, January 11, 
2003, will be conducted today (Monday) January 13, 2003, at 2 p.m. at Mathews 
Funeral Home. The Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate. Interment will follow in 
Floral Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Giddens, a native of Baker County, GA, was born January 18, 1918, the 
daughter of the late John Henry Cotton and Josephine Musgrove Cotton. Mrs. 
Giddens was a homemaker and a member of the Milford Methodist Church in 
Milford, GA.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Genavee "Jenny" and Larry Mann of 
Temple, GA, Beverly and Mark Johnson of Dunwoody; son, Charlie D."Sonny" Hall 
and fiancee, Charlotte Jolly of Sumner; a sister, Gladys Phillips of Newton; 
seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Olin "Red" 
Giddens.
