The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hall & Hall Funeral Home with interment at 2 p.m. at Andersonville National Cemetery with the Rev. Charlie Rouse officiating. Mrs. Goddard, a native of Buffalo, NY, lived in Albany for the past 32 years. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and was a supporter of the Southwest Georgia Sportman Club. She was retired from Sears after 25 years of service. During Mr. Goddard's 71 years, her loving hand touched lives of countless family members and friends. Her caring influence made a difference in so many lives and her presence will leave a void in the hearts of all who knew her. She was preceded in death by an infant son, David Goddard. She is survived by her husband, Retired Master Sergeant Joseph W. Goddard; son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Valerie Goddard of St. Mary's, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Joanne Blanche and Dean Pocock of Portsmouth, VA, and Jean and Jimmy Martin of Albany; daughters, Carol Woodard of Albany and Martha Klees of Apopka, FL; brothers and sisters-in-law, Edwin and Anne Ludwig of Aquone, NC, Ralph and Sandy Ludwig of Seqin, TX, and Charles and Carolyn Ludwig of West Palm Beach, FL; sisters and brothers-in-law, Edna and Leo Nash of Schuylerville, NY, and Phyllis and Darrel Branning of Deland, FL; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. today at Hall & Hall Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Family Lodging Rooms at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, P.O.
