Mathews Funeral Home - Obituaries

The funeral service of Heather Nichole Griffith, 21, of 177 E. Century Road, 
Leesburg, GA, who died June 23, 2007, will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. at 
Mathews Funeral Home.  Ross Powell and Rev. Cindy Griffith will officiate.  
Interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery. Jason Ellis, Jeremy Ellis, Matt 
Roach, Danny Green, Josh Kuhbander, Todd Johnson, Juston High and Alden Stegall 
will serve as active pallbearers.

A native and life long resident of Albany and Leesburg, Heather was a 2004 
graduate of Lee County High School and was employed with Logan’s Roadhouse.

Survivors include her daughter, Hadley Stegall , her fiancée and father of her 
child, Alden Stegall and her mother, Jennifer Lynn Staley, all of Leesburg, GA, 
her father and step-mother, Ralph and Traci Griffith of Dawson, GA, her 
sisters, Hillary Smith and Becky Griffith both of Leesburg, GA,  her 
grandmothers, Shirley Horne and Sara Haberman both of Albany, GA, a step-
brother, Matt Roach of Athens, GA, her aunts and uncles, Janet and Ronnie Perry 
and John Griffith, all of Albany, GA,  Julie Williams of Sardis, GA, Hardy and 
Cindy Griffith of Baconton, GA,  Tommy and Beverly Johnson of Leesburg, GA, 
Anna and Larry Kuhbander of Jacksonville, FL and Patricia and Arlen Nathan of 
Chicago, IL 

Those desiring may make contributions to The Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit o/c

The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 P.M. to 9 P.M. at Mathews 
Funeral Home.
