The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Jordan Grove Baptist Church in Lee County with interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. Dr. R.O. Calhoun will officiate. A native of Lee County, Mrs. Hall-Williams was a retired school crossing guard for the Dougherty County Board of Education. She attended Lee County public schools and was a member of Jordan Grove Baptist Church. She was also a member of Adah Masten Chapter #094 O.E.S. Survivors include her mother, Mary Ann Fletcher-Richardson of Albany; five daughters, Inez Walker and Sandra Williams, both of Albany, Hattie Mae Banks, Classie Mack and Gail Williams, all of Atlanta; two sons, Morris Williams of Albany and Lewis Forrester of Charleston, S.C.; 14 grandchildren, 17 great- grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. The remains of Mrs. Hall-Williams will lie-in-state at the church Thursday from noon until the funeral hour.
