Willie Lee Harris Jr.

SYLVESTER — Willie Lee Harris Jr., 62, of Sumner, died Tuesday, February 4, 
2003, at Smith Northview Hospital in Valdosta.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at New Mt. Olive #2 Baptist Church in 
Sumner with interment in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church cemetery in Shingler. 
The Rev. Leroy Harris will officiate.

Born October 20, 1940, in Worth County, Mr. Harris was a farmer and a member of 
New Mt. Olive #2 Baptist Church in Sumner.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy N. Harris; daughter, Shirley Walker of 
Sylvester; son, Willie Brown of Sumner; two sisters, Dorothy Moore of 
Sylvester, Willie Zell Thomas of Sumner; four brothers, Leroy Harris of 
Wintergreen, Fla., Alan Harris of Alabama, Robert Harris of Orlando, Fla., and 
Frank Tuff of Sumner; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
