Eddie Hilsman

ALBANY — Eddie Hilsman, 88, of 2nd Avenue died Friday, November 1, 2002, at 
Dawson Manor.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Elliott Funeral 
Home with interment in 2nd Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Henry W. 
Chatman will officiate.

A native of Terrell County, Mr. Hilsman was a retired steel worker. He was 
educated in the public schools of Terrell County and was a member of 2nd Mt. 
Moriah Baptist Church.

Survivors include his nephew, Nathaniel (Mary) Smith of Albany; sister-in-law, 
Annie Lee Smith; several nieces and nephews.
