Kimbrell Stern - January 23, 2007
Sheryl “Sherry” Hogg, 56 of Albany died Monday, January 22, 2007 at Phoebe 
Putney Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be graveside 2 PM Thursday, 
January 25, 2007 at Harmony Cemetery in Richland Georgia. A native of Tacoma, 
WA, Miss Hogg has lived in the Albany area for the past 40 years. She was of 
the Baptist faith, and was an employee of Goodwill Industries for the past 29 
years. She loved to needle point. She was a lover of everyone, especially 
children and animals. She was preceded in death by her parents: Charlie and 
Peggy Whittingham Hogg, and a sister, Lori Ann Hogg. She is survived by a 
sister: Janice Hogg Williams of Cary NC; 4 brothers: Charlie M. “Jr.” Hogg of 
VA, Ricky W. Hogg of Nathalie VA, David S. Hogg of Warner Robbins, and Tim J. 
Hogg of Fernandina Beach FL; a host of nieces and nephews; several cousins, 
aunts and uncles; special care givers, Rose Marie Mitcheson and family; 3 
special and wonderful cats that adored her: Malcohm, Socks, and Monkey. The 
family will receive friends 6 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday at Kimbrell-Stern Funeral 
Directors
