David Jefferson

ALBANY — David Jefferson, 65, of Mercer Avenue died Wednesday, January 8, 2003, 
at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Floral Memory 
Gardens. The Rev. Richard W. Jordan will officiate.

A native of Albany, Mr. Jefferson was born November 23, 1937.

Survivors include his mother, Sadie Jefferson; three stepdaughters, Clendenna 
Washington of Orlando, Fla., Sabrina Carswell and Lashonda Hicks of Albany; two 
sisters, Alice Jefferson and Lee Vaira Jefferson.

Visitation will be 9 a.m.-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
