Ruth Mae Jenkins

ALBANY — The memorial service for Ruth Mae Jenkins,  Albany, who died Thursday, 
January 30, 2003, will be held 1 p.m. Sunday at her residence.

A native of Surry County, North Carolina, Mrs. Jenkins had lived in Albany 
since 1965. She was a homemaker and of the Church of the Nazarene Faith. Mrs. 
Jenkins was preceded in death by her parents, James M. Hutchins and Alta Eads 
Hutchins.

Survivors include, her husband, Alton W. Jenkins of Albany; a son, Stoney 
Jenkins of Albany; two daughters, Sandy Leonhard of Dayton, Ohio, and Tonia Cox 
of Albany; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
