Kimbrell Stern Obituaries
Arthur R. Jones of Lee County, died Friday, September 14, 2007 at his 
residence. The memorial service will be held at 2 PM Monday at Kimbrell-Stern 
Funeral Directors with the Rev. Ken Chancellor officiating. 

A native of Atlanta, Mr. Jones had lived in Lee County for the past 16 years. 
He was the former co-owner/founder of Art Sign Company. Mr. Jones was an avid 
hunter, fisherman and was a member of SOWEGA Samer’s Camping Club. He was a 
Shriner and a member of Masonic Triangle Lodge # 708, a Boy Scout leader, and a 
member of Lakeside Baptist Church. 

Mr. Jones is survived by his loving wife Edna C. Jones of Lee County; two sons, 
Bobby Jones and his wife Lue of Lee County, and John Jones and his wife Susan 
of Lilburn; three granddaughters, Tracey Martin and her husband Scott, Lindsay 
Jones, and Meredith Jones; two great-grandchildren, Cody Martin and Kylie 
Martin; and a sister, Duree Henderson of Woodstock. 

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to 
Lakeside Baptist Church, 2806 N. Jefferson St., Albany, GA 31701, or to Albany 
Community Hospice, P.O. Box 1828, Albany, GA 31702.
