Paul C. Kimbrell

ALBANY — The funeral service of Paul C. Kimbrell, 88, of Maryland Drive who 
died Tuesday, October 29, 2002, will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. at 
Amazing Grace Baptist Church. Dr. Ronald Baxley will officiate. Interment will 
follow in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.

A native of Marianna, FL, Mr. Kimbrell had resided in Arlington, GA, before 
moving to Albany forty three years ago. Mr. Kimbrell was retired from Lykes 
Brothers and was a member of Amazing Grace Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, the former, Ruth McIntyre Railey of Albany; four 
sons, J.C. Kimbrell of Shellman, Dorsey Kimbrell of Hopewell, VA, Allen 
Kimbrell and Tracy Kimbrell, both of Albany; four daughters, Pauline Chatman of 
Leesburg, Mary Layman of Unadilla, GA, Eunice Carter of West Palm Beach, FL, 
and Ruth Whiting of Albany; 20 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and two 
great-great-grandchildren. Mr. Kimbrell was preceded in death by his first 
wife, Vera Sheffield Kimbrell.

Those desiring may make contributions to Amazing Grace Baptist Church, 2217 
Ledo Road, Albany, GA 31707.

The family will receive friends from 7 p.m.-8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
