Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at First Bethesda Baptist Church. The Rev. Felton Lamar will officiate. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Julius Lee King “Bo-Weaver” was born on November 3, 1936, to the late Willie and Minnie Lee King. He was educated in the public schools in Baker County, GA. He joined First Bethesda Baptist Church at an early age, before moving to Orange, NJ, where he resided for 40 years. After retiring from St. Barnabas Hospital, he returned to Albany, GA, in 2002. He is survived by one son, Jesse (Sherri) of East Orange, NJ; and three daughters, Valetta Graham of East Orange, NJ, Peggy King of Pontiac, MI, and Latoya King of Orange, NJ; six sisters, Gloria McKee of Akron, OH, Annie Lee King, Yvonne (Leroy) Cowart, Shirley (Marion) Brown, Betty Thomas and Loretta Cobb; three aunts, Lula James of Newton, Rosa Parker of Canton, OH, and Mildred Spencer of Detroit, MI; nine grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
