Kimbrell Stern - January 21, 2007
Marion Stanley Kirkley of Albany died Friday, Jan. 19, 2007. The funeral 
service will be held Monday, 2 PM at Kimbrell-Stern Funeral Directors. A 
private interment service will be held at a later date. A native of Atlanta, 
she moved to Albany in 1954 with her late husband, Daniel Howard Kirkley. She 
is a member of Sherwood Baptist Church and Vota Viti Sunday School Class. She 
was educated in Atlanta in public high school and business school. She worked 
in the parts department with the International Harvester Truck and Tractor Co. 
in Atlanta and at M-F-M Truck and Tractor here in Albany and was a professional 
china painter. Survivors include a sister, Betty Amelia Beddingfield of 
Acworth, GA, two nieces, Anna Dance and Faye Jones, a nephew Syd Beddingfield, 
special friend and caregiver, Gloria Bush. Those desiring may make memorials to 
Sherwood Baptist Church, 2201 Whispering Pines Road, Albany, GA or Easter 
Seals, 1906 Palmyra Road, Albany, GA 31701.  

The funeral service will be 2PM, Monday 1/22/2007 at Kimbrell-Stern Funeral 
Directors. The family will receive friends following the funeral service.
