Glenda Jean Barfield Littleton 

ALBANY — The funeral service of Glenda Jean Barfield Littleton, 50, of  Richie 
Dr., Sylvester, GA, who died Saturday, September 8, 2008 at her residence will 
be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. The Rev. Bobby Joe 
Brown will officiate. Interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery. 

A native of Albany, Dougherty Co., GA., Glenda had resided in Sylvester most of 
her life. She was a homemaker, a supporter of The Boy Scouts of America and a 
member of Bridgeboro Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a 
granddaughter, Haley McIntyre. 

Survivors include her companion, Ray More of Sylvester, GA; a son, Gregory Lee 
Littleton, II of Albany, GA; a daughter, Jennifer McIntyre McGrath of 
Sylvester, GA; her parents, Elton (Rooster) and Shirley Barfield of Mitchell 
Co., GA.; four sister, Shelby Bennett of Panama City Beach, FL., Sandra 
McDonald of Leesburg, GA., Mary Lee Butcher of Rockville, IN., and JoAnn Ruffin 
of Leesburg, GA.; a brother, Elton (Cowboy) Barfield of Mitchell Co., GA; eight 
grandchildren, Christina Jewell, David McGrath, Marissa McGrath, Dayna McGrath, 
Alexander McGrath, Ty Holt, Destinie More, and Brandon More; three great-
grandchildren, Tessa Owens, Savannah Stover and Fenriff McGrath. 

The family will receive friends today (Monday) from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Mathews 
Funeral Home. 

The family is at the residence of Michael and Sandra McDonald, Tall Pines Dr., 
Leesburg, GA.
