Mae Hartley Martin

CORDELE — Mae Hartley Martin, 91, of Baptist Village, Waycross, died Friday, 
January 17, 2003 in Waycross.

Funeral services will be held today (Sunday), 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Hughes & 
Wright Funeral Home, with burial in Zion Hope Cemetery in Cordele.

A native of Crisp County, Mrs. Martin was a homemaker and a member of Pinecrest 
Baptist Church in Cordele.

Survivors include a son, Glynn (Kaye) Hartley of Perry; three daughters, Joyce 
Adkins of Clemson, SC, and Laverne (Stanley) Hendricks of Moultrie, and Emma 
Lee (Howard) Rawlings of Plant City, FL; a sister, Ethelle (Jimmy) Musselwhite 
of Warner Robins; and 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and five great-
grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husbands, Ollis R. Hartley and James T. Martin.

Memorials may be made to the Baptist Village, 2650 Carswell, Ave., Waycross, GA 
31502.
