Arthur Lee Mays 

ALBANY — Arthur Lee Mays, 77, of 642 Mays Rd., Leslie, died July 20, 2007. 
Funeral service will be at 11 A.M., Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Piney Grove #3 
Baptist Church, Leesburg. Rev. Willie G. Grover will be officiating. 

Mr. Mays was born March 30, 1930 in Lee Co. He attended Chokee School in Lee 
Co. and Gillespie Institute in Cordele. He was a retired farmer. 

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eliza Ruth Mays of Leesburg, four daughters, 
Carolyn M. Kinbrough of Americus, Stephanie and Leon Scott of Ellenwood, Vicky 
and Gary Baker of Lithonia and Cynthia Mays of Dallas, TX, four sons, Norman 
Mays of Leesburg, James and Denise Mays of Leesburg, Arthur and Renee Mays of 
Americus and Willie E. Walker of Leesburg, one sister, Mrs. Mary Mays Porter of 
Detroit, MI, two brothers, Mr. Robert and Ella Norma Mays and Mr. James N. Mays 
both of Leesburg, two brothers-in-law, Mr. Willie and Ella Dismuke and Mr. Joey 
and Margret Dismuke, two sisters-in- law, Mrs. Eleanor Mays and Mrs. Dora 
Beasley, several grands and great grandchildren. 

Visitation will be 10 A.M. Saturday morning until the funeral hour.
