Kathleen Mode McMillan

ALBANY — Kathleen Mode McMillan, 80, of Whippoorwill Drive in Albany, GA, died 
Tuesday, January 21, 2003, in Richardson, Texas.

The funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. Friday at First United Methodist 
Church with interment to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Thad Haygood 
will officiate.

A native of Canton, GA, Mrs. McMillan had lived in Albany since 1963, where she 
taught at Albany High School and Albany Technical College, retiring in 1985. 
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, the Hawke Sunday School 
Class, and UMW. Mrs. McMillan was a 1943 graduate of Furman University, and a 
member of ADK and PEO Sisterhood.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Prince of Richardson, Texas; son, 
Brian McMillan of Charleston, SC; two grandchildren, Rebekah Prince of Beverly 
Hills, CA, and Christine McMillan of Charleston, SC.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 P.M.- 7:30 P.M. today at Kimbrell 
Stern.
