Georgia Mae Mitchell

UNADILLA — Funeral services for Georgia Mae "Tob" Mitchell of Vienna will be 
held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Free Providence Baptist Church in Vienna. Burial in 
Mt. Moriah Church cemetery, Unadilla. The Rev. W.G. Carter will officiate.

Mrs. Mitchell, 69, died Thursday, January 16, 2003, in a local nursing home. 
She was a native of Crisp County, the daughter of the late Dock Jordan Sr. and 
Hanna Lewis Jordan. She was the widow of J.B. "Pop" Mitchell, a member of Free 
Providence Baptist Church where she served on the usher board.

Survivors include two daughters, Diane (Eddie) Henry of Warner Robins and 
Georgia M. (Alfred) Smith of Vienna; three sons, Napoleon Jordan of Jackson, 
Freddy Mitchell of Byromville and Alonza Mitchell of Little Creek, VA; four 
stepchildren; one brother, Willie J. Jordan of Jacksonville, Fla.; 18 
grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; four sisters-in-law and other relatives.

The family may be contacted at Tenth Street, Vienna.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 6 p.m.-7 p.m.
