Golatt-Moran ALBANY — Ruth E. Golatt-Moran, 96, died Friday, February 7, 2003, at Albany Health Care Center. The funeral will be at noon Thursday at Institutional First Baptist Church in Albany with interment in Riverside Cemetery. The Rev. Dr. E.G. Sherman will officiate. Born September 30, 1906, in Anderson County, South Carolina, Mrs. Golatt-Moran was a homemaker. She attended Anderson County public schools and was a member of Institutional First Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, William L. (Flora) Brown of Albany; three sisters, Zadie Golatt of Washington, D.C., Elizabeth Millon and Addie Keesley, both of New York, New York, Robert Keesley of Anderson County, S.C.; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
