MOULTRIE — Patricia Ann Fort Ortiz, 52, of Moultrie, died Friday, January 24, 
2003, at her residence.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cobb Funeral Chapel with interment 
in Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
