The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, Parrott, with the Rev. Lucious Mitchell, pastor officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Dawson. Annie attended the public schools of Terrell County. She leaves a great family to mourn her passing. A devoted husband, Deacon Otis Oxford; a loving father, O'Neal Wiggins Sr. of Dawson; five sisters, Lula Alexander of Jacksonville, FL, Ida Johnson, Mary Johnson, and Lucille Long, all of Orlando, FL, and Helen Wiggins of Dawson; three brothers, Jimmy Wiggins of Dawson, Willie James Wiggins of Parrott, Master Sergeant O'Neal Wiggins Jr. of Fort Campbell, KY; five stepchildren, nine step-grandchildren, eight brothers- in-law, 11 sisters-in-law, two special aunts, Margie Cladd of Sasser and Priscilla Cladd of Richland; an uncle, and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
