Albany Herald - Obituaries
ALBANY — William “Bill” David Pearce, 42, of Leesburg died Thursday at Palmyra 
Medical Centers. 

His funeral service will be 2 PM graveside at Leesburg City Cemetery, Saturday, 
July 7, 2007. Rev. Chip Gresham will officiate. The family will receive friends 
following the service. 

A native of Manchester, NH, Bill had lived in Leesburg for the past several 
years. He was a lover of all sports, especially golf and soft ball. He was a 
past Parts Manager of Albany Lincoln Mercury and G & W Auto Parts. 

He was preceded in death by his parents: Winford Franklin and Charlotte Gillard 
Pearce and his sister, Joy Pearce Vogetle. 

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Frakes of Leesburg; 2 stepdaughters: Lindsay 
Frakes Edwards and her husband, Matthew of Tucker and Haley Frakes of Leesburg; 
2 brothers: Frank and Ronnie Pearce of Cairo; father and mother in-law, Claude 
and Pat Belcher; and several special nieces and nephews.
