Dennis Terry Peavy

MILLEDGEVILLE — Dennis Terry "Mater Man" Peavy, 57, died Tuesday, December 31, 
2002.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home in 
Milledgeville with burial to follow in Black Springs Church Cemetery.

Mr. Peavy was a native and resident of Baldwin County, but had made his home in 
Albany for the past five and a half years. He was employed with Georgia Power 
Company and was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his sons, Todd P. Peavy and Randy Peavy, both of 
Milledgeville; his girlfriend and children, Linda Kirkwood of Albany, Joshua 
Kirkwood, Ryan Kirkwood and Cassy Kirkwood; brother and sisters, Otis Peavy of 
Milledgeville, Runelle Bustin, and Dorothy Jones of Eatonton, Barbara Larson, 
Juanita Hardee, Joyce Miller, Shirley Etheridge all of Milledgeville, Elizabeth 
Craig of Warner Robins; five grandchildren, Charles Oscar Peavy, Tyler Terrell 
Peavy, Dianna Gail Peavy, Damon Peavy and Shane Peavy.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
