Billy Lucas Richardson

ALBANY — The graveside funeral service of Billy Lucas Richardson, 71, of 
Westfield Road, Leesburg, who died Thursday, January 16, 2003, will be 
conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Ken Chancellor 
will officiate.

A native and lifelong resident of Albany, Mr. Richardson was born to Earnest 
and Delia Richardson on June 4, 1931. He was a retired accountant and a member 
of the Golden Key Club and Lakeside Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Edna Rudasill Richardson of Leesburg; a stepson and 
his wife, Robert and Lori Rudasill of Albany; a stepdaughter and her husband, 
Connie and Bob Arn of Rocky Mount, N.C., and three grandchildren, Robbie and 
Chris Arn and Jeremy Voss.

The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. today (Friday) at 
Mathews Funeral Home.

The family is at the residence of Robert and Lori Rudasill, River Chase Lane, 
Albany, GA 31701.
