James Curtis Shepherd 

ALBANY — The visitation of James Curtis Shepherd, 74, of  Riverview Way, 
Tifton, GA, who died August 31, 2007, will be held Friday September 7, 2007, 
from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. 

A native of Eastman, GA, Mr. Shepherd had resided in Albany before moving to 
Tifton ten years ago. He was a self employed upholsterer, a Korean Army Veteran 
and a Baptist. 

Survivors include a son, James Terry Shepherd of Albany; a daughter, Pamela 
Thompson of Albany; three sisters, Mildred Bullington, Martha Brooks, and Mary 
Albano, all of Albany; and three grandchildren, Christy Barwick of Lee County, 
Josh King and Lacy Shepherd, both of Albany and four great- grandchildren.
