Kathleen Henry Tidwell

TAMPA, Fla. — Kathleen Henry Tidwell passed away Monday, January 20, 2003, at 
the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Fla. She fought a courageous battle 
with cancer for over the last six years.

Kathleen was born May 22, 1962, in Marysville, Ohio, to Phillip and Corine 
Lorance Henry. She was a 1980 graduate of Urbana High School and a 1984 
graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa. In 1985, Kathleen married 
Daniel Tidwell with whom she shared her life and home. She was employed at 
Hydro Agri for 12 years before starting work with her husband. She was a member 
of Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church.

Kathleen is survived by her beloved husband of 17 years, Danny; her pride and 
joy sons, Cameron and Andrew; her parents, Phillip and Corine Henry of 
Sarasota, Fla., and her sister, Yvonne Henry of Tampa. In addition, she is 
survived by her father and mother-in-law, Bill and Hilde Tidwell of Albany; her 
sisters-in-law, Kim (Larry) LaPlante of Atlanta, and Debbie (Bill) 
Holtzscheiter of Aiken, SC; a special loving friend, Kim Walsh; numerous aunts, 
uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express a special thanks for the great care by Dr. 
Susan Minton and staff at Moffit Cancer Center.

A memorial service will take place at Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church, 
2902 West Fletcher Ave., Tampa, at 2 p.m. Friday, January 24, 2003.

In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to one of the 
following charities: Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Lake Magdalene 
UMC or Hospice.
