Allie Pearl Walker

SYLVESTER — Allie Pearl Walker, 90, of  Sylvester, died Sunday, January 26, 
2003, at her residence.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First African Baptist Church with 
interment in Shepard Memorial Garden. The Rev. Patrick Rickett will officiate.

A native of Terrell County, Mrs. Walker was born August 10, 1912. She was a 
retired laundromat attendant. She was a member of First African Baptist Church 
and served as head usher on the usher board.

Survivors include two sisters, Ada Timmons and Mildred Greene, both of 
Sylvester; two brothers, Tom Brown and Nathan Barnes, both of Sylvester; 10 
grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 24 great-great grandchildren.
