Date of Death: January 19, 2006  

Mrs. Genevieve Ziemecki, 97 of Worthy St. in Albany, GA died January 19, 2006 
at her residence. The funeral service will be Wednesday 9:30 AM at St. Cyril 
and Methodius Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Long Island National 
Cemetery. 

A native of Brooklyn, NY, she was a member of St. Cyril and Methodius Catholic 
Church. Mrs. Ziemecki has lived in Albany, GA for the past 6 years. 

Survivors include her son, Ray Ziemecki and his wife Nancy of Albany, GA, six 
grandchildren, Valerie Gunchuck, Vanessa Crosby, Victor Ziemecki, Barbara 
Bielitz, Elaine Ritter, and Steven Ziemecki, twelve great-grandchildren. Mrs. 
Ziemecki was preceded in death by her son Ben Ziemecki. The family will receive 
friends Tuesday from 7 PM till 9 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home in Brooklyn, NY.
