I believe this to be David Fudge
Father of Hershel Fudge

Additional Comments:
Unmarked C. S. A next to H. H. Fudge 
I believe this unmarked Grave is David Fudge Born 1833 Ga. Married to Martha 
Fudge. Hershel Fudge father is David Fudge his mother Martha.
C. S.  A Company D. 32nd Ga Regt Albany Guards 
I also believe that David had two wives both named  Martha. One Martha died 
1850 she is buried in this plot In 1860 he show up in the census with another 
Martha 
Hershel’s mother headstone reads Martha Fudge Wife of David Fudge Died July 
1850 Aged 22 years. There is another headstone in the plot below the unmarked 
C. S.A It is marked M. L. F AND IS THE ONLY MARKINGS ON THE SLAB or headstone
