Ann Eliza Miller was born December 18, 1841 in Twiggs County, Georgia to James 
Shine Miller and Eliza Smith Saxon.  Ann married Nathaniel Frank Mercer on 
September 8, 1861 in Dougherty County, Georgia.  They were the parents of 
three children.  Ann died February 1, 1919 in Albany, Dougherty County, 
Georgia.

Additional Comments:
Ann is this submitter's half second grand greataunt.
