Robart * In Dougherty Court of Ordinary vs * Petition to probate Will in Solemn form Est. Maria Davis, dec'd * September term, 1920 The above petition of Abbie D. Robart, nominated Executrix of the last alleged will of Maria Davis, duly filed, having been supported by proper proof of Annie W. Davis, a witness to said will, that said Maria Davis, died a resident of said county; that she, and the other witnesses H. C. Mathews, and Will Hall, saw her sign, and heard her publish the alleged will as her own last will; that she attested the same as a witness at her request, and in her presence with H. C. Mathews, and Will Hall, so attesting also at her request; that said Maria Davis was at the time of said signing and attestation of sound and disposing mind and memory, and did in the execution of said will, act freely and voluntarily; It is ordered tht the same be duly recorded, as having been duly proven in Common Form and that Letters Testamentary issue to her, upon her taking the oath of office.
