Last Will and Testament of Mrs. Chesley Eugene Melton

	I, Chesley Eugene Melton of said state and County, being of sound and disposing
mind and memory do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling
all others by me heretofore made.
	I desire and direct that my body be buried in a Christian like manner, suitable
to my circumstances and conditions in life.
	I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid, if there be any by my 
exector hereinafter named and appointed.
	I give, bequeath and devise to my son, James Elton Melton, all of my property
both real and personal absolutely in fee simple, I also give and bequeath to my said son,
James Elton Melton in the same unreserved manner all of my personal property, money, or
any personal property of every sort whatsoever.
	I hereby constitute and appoint my son James Elton Melton, the sole executor of
this my last will and testament and I expressly confer upon him power as such to 
administer my estate excusing him from giving any bond or making any returns to the
ordinary. I expressly confer upon him full authority and power to sell any part
of my estate, as he may deem best and without any order of Court and to make good
and sufficient conveyance to the purchasers and to hold the proceeds to the same
uses and trusts as hereinbefore declared.
	I hereby confer upon him all powers to administer my estate without any order
of court as he may deem best. This the 17th day of June 1936

The foregoing instrument was signed sealed, declared and published by Chesley
Eugene Melton as her last will and testament in the presence of us the undersigned, 
who at her special insistance and request do attest as witnesses after said testatrix
had signed her name thereto in her presence and in the presence of each other.
		This the 17th day of June, 1936

This will is copied as filed in Dougherty Co. Courthouse. Seems to be some confusion as to
whether this is the will of Chesley Eugene or Mrs. Chesley Eugene.
