I, Wm J. Hill of said State and County being of sound and deposing
mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament.
Item First:  I give bequeath and devise to my son Beder W. Hill
($5.00) five dollars.
Item Second:  I give bequeath and devise to my son Alexander
Newman Hill ($5.00) five dollars.
Item Third:  I give bequeath and devise to my son Benjamin F. Hill
($5.00) Five dollars.
Item Fourth:  I give bequeath and devise to my son Charley W. Hill
($5.00) Five dollars.
Item Fifth:  I give bequeath and devise to my son James Robt Hill
($5.00) Five dollars.
Item Sixth:  I give bequeath and devise to my wife Elizabeth Frances
Hill all of my Real estate, money and personal property, the same
to be hers during her life time and after her death to my only
Daughter, Elizabeth Hill then said property to be vest absolutely
in said Elizabeth Hill.
This my last will and testament  ?? on the 2nd?? day of August
one thousand and nine hundred and one (1901)

in the presence of us the subscribers who subscribe our names hereto in the
presence of said testator at his instance and request and of each other,
he signing in our presence.
