The Weekly Constitution, Atlanta, GA March 18, 1879
Georgia, Douglas County. -- To all whom it may Concern.-- The undersigned 
hereby gives notice that he has filed his petition with the Ordinary of said 
county, to be discharged from his Executorship on John Entrican's last will and 
testament on account of inconvenience and inability to attend to said trust; 
that on the first Monday in March, 1879, he will apply for the sanction of said 
petition and to be discharged from said Executorship.
