The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Southside Baptist Church with interment in Pineview Cemetery. The Rev. Lee Wilson and the Rev. David Grier will officiate. A native of Early County, Mrs. Scarborough was a homemaker and a member of Southside Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Carlton Scarborough Sr.; three sons, Edward C. Scarborough Jr. and wife, Marijane of Donalsonville, Lamar Scarborough of Donalsonville and Millard Scarborough and wife, Wanda of Lynn Haven, Fla.; two daughters, Sara S. McLain and husband, Billy of Tifton and Carole S. Barnes and husband, Ernest of W. Columbia, S.C.; two sisters, Lois Chandler of Tallahassee, Fla., and Marion Gilmore of Concord, N.C.; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eli David and Eugenia Lumley Hay.
