                          Alma Anne L. Carmichael
 Alma Anne (Granny) Lee Carmichael, 90, of Blakely died Friday, June 8, 1990 
at her residence.
 Mrs. Carmichael was born Jan. 31, 1900 in Dodge County to the late William 
Lee and the late Anne Sheppard Lee. She was a homemaker and a member of 
Rochelle First Baptist Church. She had lived the past 18 years in Blakely. 
Mrs. Carmichael was the spouse of the late Luther Carmichael.
 Funeral services were held Saturday, June 9, 1990, 5:00pm at the First United 
Methodist Church with Rev. David Aycock officiating. Pallbearers were Carl 
Moore, Waren Garrett, David Pyle, C. W. Anderson, Seabron Carter, and Jessie 
Murkerson. Honorary pallbearers were Nathan Mullis and Clint Carter. Manry-
Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
 Survivors include one son, Pat Carmichael of Blakely; one sister, Lucille 
Mashburn of Rochelle, Ga.; and three grandchildren.
