A native of Georgetown, she was born September 18, 1893 and had lived here since 1925. Her parents were Willie J. Craft and Carrie Roberts. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Blakely. Funeral services were held Wednesday, afternoon, in the chapel of the Manry-Jordan Funeral Home, the Reverend Glenn Shepard officiating. Pall bearers were Lewis Fryer, Harvey Brown, L. L. Roberts, Shelly Simmons, Bert Puckett and Hubert Farr. Survivors are a son, William F. Lawrence, of Decatur; daughter, Mrs. Champ Bridges, of Donalsonville, 4 sisters, Mrs. L. P. Etheridge, Mrs. Douglas Weaver, Moultrie, Mrs. L. D. Lawrence, Arlington, Mrs. Doc Beard, Albany; 4 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren. Source: Early County News, August 7, 1975, Page 11. Loyless (James Guerry Loyless) Blakely, Ga. - The funeral service of James Guerry Loyless, 83, was conducted today in the chapel of Manry-Jordan Funeral Home. Interment followed in Blakely Cemetery. Mr. Loyless, a native and lifelong resident of Early County, died Monday in a Middle Georgia hospital. A member of a pioneer family in Blakely, he was a retired farmer and carpenter, a veteran of World War I and a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Beulah Craft Loyless, Blakely; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Champ Bridges, Donalsonville; a stepson, W. S. Lawrence, Decatur, and two brothers.
